We perform all aspects of aerial telecommunications construction and can handle any job, from make-ready to construction, new build, and maintenance. Our staff is highly skilled and motivated to meet your aerial construction needs with experienced linemen, supervisors, and quality control personnel. Jumpstart’s construction crews are knowledgeable with various strand configurations, fiber, coax, and ADSS, and expert in all facets of aerial construction, from pole transfers to long-haul projects, and new builds to maintenance. Our support staff provides digital as-builts and documentation in any format, to update our customers on progress in real-time.
Underground Construction
Jumpstart Communications is well equipped to handle underground projects of all types, sizes, and levels of complexity. We provide directional drilling, trenching, plowing, fiber blowing/pulling, and hand-hole placement. Our expert operators are equipped with the latest equipment and regularly maintained to ensure minimum downtime and prime working condition for every job.
Fiber Blowing/Jetting
We use GMP tornado fiber jetting machines with dyes for 1.25” and 2” conduit for all diameter fibers to protect and ensure proper placement.
Fiber Splicing & Testing
Jumpstart’s splice technicians are highly skilled with decades of experience in their areas of expertise. They are equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technology, ensuring that each job is completed with the utmost levels of care and precision. Each Mobile Tech splice lab is supplied with Fujikura 90R and 90S splice machines, Exfo OTDR with IOLM, Fast Reporter, and OTDR+ software, as well as Exfo 945 OLTS power meter sets with Fast Reporter. Technicians have bidirectional testing capabilities, fiber scopes, and are highly sought-after for their ability to troubleshoot in emergency situations.
